1/2 cup cream cheese (whipped)
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 15-oz can peach halves, drained and thinly sliced
12 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. On 6 of the slices, arrange peach slices evenly over cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down; press firmly.
Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, soaking both sides; place in sprayed 15x10x1 (jelly roll) pan. (At this point you can cover pan and refrigerate overnight.) Bake uncovered at 425º for 10 min. Turn and bake an additional 10 min or until brown. Serve with syrup.
