2 lbs. Ground beef
1/4 C Grated onion
2 C Seasoned stuffing
1 Can (10.5 oz.) French onion soup
2 Eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 C Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C Grated Parmesan cheese
1 C Crispy fried onions

Preheat the oven to 350º
In a large bowl, mix together, beef, grated onion, stuffing, soup, eggs, thyme and black pepper until well combined. Form into a loaf and put into your loaf pan, bake for 50 minutes. Take the loaf out of the oven and drain the fat, top with shredded Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and the crispy fried onions. Return to the oven and bake 15 minutes more, until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

I got this recipe from a friend on facebook! It came from the recipe book that came with his "The perfect meatloaf pan" I double this recipe and freeze one for later.
