Meatballs:
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
1 large onion chopped very fine
Salt to taste (optional)

Sauce:
1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1 ten oz. jar grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef ingredients and shape into small balls.
Drop into sauce mixture
Simmer until brown, turning frequently.

Refrigerate or freeze. To serve bring to room temperature. Reheat in chafing dish and serve with cocktail picks.

I usually get the chili/grape jelly sauce combined and heated before making the meatballs -- just seems easier to drop them into the sauce and get them cook'in :-)
