Roast
1 beef bullion cube
1 cup water
1 package of instant onion soup mix
potatoes peeled and cubed
peeled carrots and cut
Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in skillet on all sides. Cut up and place in crock pot. Add vegetables, salt and pepper, 1 beef bullion cube with 1 cup of water. Sprinkle 1 package of instant onion soup mix on top. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
