1-1/2 Ground Beef (browned & drained)
1 Quart Canned Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Add tomatoes to ground beef. Should be kind of juicy, add green pepper and onion. Salt and pepper to taste Pour into cake pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle top with chili powder and rice.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
