2 lbs. tomatoes (Roma tomatoes)
2 small red onions
2 fresh Jalapeņo peppers seeded (for spicier add more Jalapeņos)
10 pieces fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Small pinch of sugar
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, onions, Jalapeņos and cilantro into small pieces. Do not use blender or processor. Mix together. Add salt and lime or lemon juice. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
