2 c. ground fully cooked ham (1/2 lb)
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped chutney
2 T. mayonnaise or salad dressing
dash pepper
2/3 c. water
1 stick piecrust, crumbled
2 eggs

Combine ham, celery, chutney, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well. Chill
In small saucepan heat water to boiling. Add crumbled pie crust mix; stir vigorously over low heat till pastry forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Cook one minute more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add eggs and beat on low speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425º F till golden brown and dry (about 25-30 minutes.) Cool on rack away from any draft. Split puffs; remove inside webbing, if desired. Just before serving, fill with chilled ham mixture.
