Ingredients:  
1 pound fresh spinach ( I usually trim the stems off)
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
4 hard cooked eggs (sliced into small pieces)
6 slices crisply cooked bacon (crumbled)

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 (or more) crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend olive oil, vinegar, garlic worst and salt and pepper together in jar. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Chop spinach into bite size pieces. When ready to serve add sliced mushrooms, pieces of egg and bacon. Shake dressing to mix and then blend in with salad.
