1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 tsp. Cocoa
3/4 Cup Flour
6 tbsp. Butter (melted)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa, add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in flour. Add butter and mix. Pour into 8x8x2 pan.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into squares.

Alternate method: Microwave for 3 minutes on high, turn 45º, and bake 3 minutes more.
