3 tbsp. Butter (softened)
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1-1/2 Cup Ripe Bananas (mashed)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Dash of Salt

Frosting

1 (8 oz.) Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Butter (softened)
3 Cups Confectionery Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat batter and sugar until crumbly. About 2 minutes, add eggs one at a time beating well after each added egg. Beat in bananas, applesauce, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into butter mixture just until blended.

Transfer to a 15x10x1 baking pan that coated with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake in oven on 350º for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting: In a small bowl beat cram cheese and butter until fluffy. Add confectionery sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Spread on cooled banana bars.
