Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
1 yellow cake mix
1 Package of vanilla instant pudding
1 8oz package of sour cream
4 eggs
˝ cup of vegetable oil
2 apples sliced thin
Topping
˝ cup sugar
2 tsps. cinnamon
˝ cup chopped nuts (walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Add cake mix, Pudding sour cream, eggs and vegetable oil and beat 5 minutes on medium speed.
Grease a 9x12 inch pan.
Pour ˝ the batter then layer ˝ the apples and spoon ˝ the topping onto batter.
Pour rest of batter then apples and top off with rest of topping. Bake in oven.
Great for breakfast as a coffee cake yummy!
