2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon each oregano, basil, rosemary, parsley, freshly ground black pepper, kosher salt (or according to taste)
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour oil into a small skillet. The amount you’ll need depends on how many people you’re feeding and how much dipping they do.
2. Toss the garlic into the pan and let it roast in the oil over medium heat until it begins to brown a bit.
3. Remove the oil from the heat and stir in the other seasonings.
4. Serve with bread warmed in the oven.
