2 C. ketchup
1 C. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 onion
egg
flour
Chicken (I usually use one package of drumsticks because that is what the kids like the best.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and onion together in the baking dish you will be cooking the chicken in. Dip the chicken in egg and then roll around in some flour (seasoned with salt and pepper to taste). Brown the chicken until just brown (it will be cooking more in the oven) .Put chicken in sauce and cook for 1 hour at 350º.
