1-1/2 cups small uncooked elbow mac (2 cups any cooked pasta)
2 cups+ grated cheese (swiss, cheddar parmesan)
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepeer chopped
red pepper flakes
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Follow cooking instructions for elbow macaroni. While cooking the pasta, grease baking dish. Drain mac and place in greased baking dish. Add cheese, onions, bell pepper, salt & pepper. Beat eggs in milk & add. Top with pats of butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350º
