1-6 oz. can frozen Orange Juice concentrate, defrosted
(or another flavor of concentrate, if desired)
1 c .Milk
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Sugar
2-3 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
10-11 Ice Cubes
Fresh or Frozen Fruit, chopped or diced (optional)

1. Mix all the ingredients (except ice) in a blender. Blend and slowly add ice cubes one at a time until the drink is the consistency of a smoothie.
2. If using frozen fruit, add the fruit a little at a time before adding the ice cubes.
3. If adding fresh fruit, add at the very beginning.

If desired, change the flavor of the juice concentrate to match the fresh or frozen fruit used, although orange juice seems to work with most fruit. For example, if adding strawberries, try using frozen strawberry juice concentrate.
