3 to 4 baked potatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup butter (divided)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until tender. Cool to touch. Cut in half scoop put pulp and place in bowl. Saute onions in 1/4 cup butter until tender add to potatoes along with milk, sour cream salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Fold in cheese. Stuff potato shells and place in a 9 by 13 pan. Melt remaining butter and drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
