1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in 1 1/2 quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. STir in mustard and horseradish. Heat until hot. Serve warm. Nice with smoked sausage, corned beef and cooked cabbage wedges.
