2 pie crusts
Filling:
6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (6 medium)
1 cup Splenda
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp.. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425. place 1 pie crust in 9" pie pan. Press firmly against side and bottom.

2. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Toss apples in gently and add lemon juice. Spoon into crust. Dot with butter and top with second crust. Press edges together to seal and cut a few slits on the top to vent the steam. Brush with milk and sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon (Mix a small amount of Splenda with a dash of cinnamon)

3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. Cover edges of crust with foil after 15-20 minutes of baking so it doesn't get too brown. Cool on cooling rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
