2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Margarine (softened)
12-14 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
12-14 oz. Can Cream Corn
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sour cream and margarine, then add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Fold into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable oil. Garnish, if desired, with coarse ground pepper or parsley flakes.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
