2 cans (15 1/4oz) Dark red kidney beans
1 16oz can Black beans
1 19oz can White kidney beans
1 28oz can Italian plum tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 c. Chopped yellow onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. Dark molasses
1/4 c. Cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Dried oregano
2 tsp. Dry mustard
2 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Chili powder
Salt
Red pepper flakes (pinch)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Rinse beans in colander. Place in oven proof casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Fold together gently so beans don't break up. Bake covered 45 mins. Remove cover, stir and bake 30 min longer.
