4 Ears sweet corn in husks
4 T-Bones or NY strips 1" thick
3 tbsp. Butter

Glaze:
1/2 c. Steak sauce
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin

Directions:
Pull back corn husks, leaving husks attached to the base. Remove silk, rewrap husks. Fasten w/ string or strip of leaves. Soak in cold water 30 mins. Drain, Place corn over grid over medium heat. Grill uncovered 20-30 mins. Turning often.
For glaze: combine steak sauce, garlic, chili powder & cumin. Reserve 1/4 cup for chili butter. Place steaks on grid & grill uncovered, T-bones 15-18 mins & NY strips 14-16 mins for medium rare to medium done, turning once & brushing on glaze. In a 1 cup glass measure, add butter to reserved glaze & microwave 1 to 1 1/2 mins stirring once. Stir to combine & melt ant remaining butter. Remove steaks & corn from grill. Carefully peel husks & brush w/ chili butter. Serve steaks w/ corn & remaining chili butter is passed around the table.
