1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease 9 X 1 1/4 inch pie plate.

Beat all ingredients together until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer or beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º.

Serve with mixed fresh fruit if desired after cooling 5 minutes.
