6-8 Chicken leg quarters
2-3 Pkg Mary Hill frozen dumplings
4-6 Eggs, boiled
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place leg quarters into pressure cooker. Add enough water to completly cover chicken. Pressure cook 20-25 mins at 10-15 lb pressure. Remove from heat and release pressure.
Return chicken broth to heat. Let return to a boil. Break dumplings in half. carefully drop dumplings into boiling water. (DO NOT STIR) Gently use a wooden spoon and pat the dumplings down into broth. Cut the heat to a simmer. Once dumplings are done, slice boiled eggs and add to dumplings. Carefully push the eggs into dumplings. Allow to simmer for another 15-20 mins

**If you must stir your dumplings, you must do this slowly and gently**
