Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake mix
4 eggs
2 Tbs cocoa
1 bottle red food coloring

Frosting:
1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb confectioners sugar
1 c pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Cake:
Follow directions for cake according to box directions, except use 4 eggs. Add cocoa and food coloring. Divide into 3 cake pans before baking. Watch carefully while baking. Will not take long to bake. When done let cool in pans for 10-15 mins. Remove from pans and cool on cooling racks or clean towel. When cool, frost cake

Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. Frost cake.
