2 c. of sugar
1/4 light corn syrup
small can evaporated milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan over low heat add sugar, corn syrup. evaporated milk and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When sugar is dissolved, cover pan for one minute to wash down crystals. Uncover pan and cook to 236º or soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until lukewarm. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until start to turn into fudge. Pour into a 8x8 pan. Cool, cut into squares.
