1 can low sodium chicken broth (32-ounce)
3 c. cooked chicken (shredded)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
2 carrots (diced)
3 celery ribs (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the first four ingredients to a boil over medium heat, covered.
Reduce heat to low and simmer occasionally for 5 minutes.
Increase heat to medium high and return to a boil.
Add carrots and celery.
Roll out biscuits on a floured surface and cut into strips.
Add strips to boiling broth,one at a time.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are done.
