4 to 5 onions
5 to 6 potatoes
3 lg. cans tomatoes
3 reg. size cans Lima beans
2 reg size cans petite garden peas
2 reg. size cans shoepeg corn
2 chickens, approx. 3 lb. each
3-5 lb boston butt (shredded)
1 c catsup
Salt and Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Pressure cook chicken for 30 min at 10-15 lb pressure. Remove from heat and release pressure. Remove chicken from pot and debone. Remove roth from pressure cooker and save. Place boston butt in pressure cooker. Cook for 30-35 mins at 10-15lb pressure. Remove from heat and release pressure. remove boston butt and shred.Throw away juice from boston butt.(broth is very greasy)
Place chicken broth back into pressure cooker add all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 1-1/2 hrs. Stir OFTEN! Watch carefully. It will scorch. Once stew is done you may add hot sauce to taste.
