1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. sweet milk

ICING:
1 stick soft butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Mix all ingredients indicated for cake mixture. Bake according to cake mix directions. Remove from oven allow to cool in pans for 10-15 min. Remove cake from pans onto cooling racks.
While cake is cooling make icing. Mix all ingredients listed. When cake is cool ice cake.
