2 Packages of frozen, unsweetened raspberries
1 and 1/4 Cup of sugar
4 Cups of boiling water
3 Lemons

Directions:
Put the unthawed raspberries into a saucepan and add the sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until all the sugar as dissolved. Mash the raspberries and syrup together thoroughly with a potato masher (if you don't have a hand-held potato masher, you could run the mixture through a blender once it's cooled a bit). Pour the mixture through a fine strainer, making sure you extract all the juice. Discard the pulp and seeds. Squeeze 2 of the lemons and strain the juice. Add it to the raspberry juice. Add the 4 cups of boiling water to the raspberry juice. Let the raspberry cordial cool, then chill it in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, float a thin slice of lemon in each glass.
