4 Cups of old fashioned oats
1 ½ Cups of sliced almonds and pecans
½ Cup of packed light brown sugar
½ Teaspoons of salt
½ Teaspoons of cinnamon
1/4 Cup of oil
½ Cup of honey
1 Teaspoons of vanilla
1 ½ Cups of combined raisins and dried cranberries

In bowl mix oats, nuts, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. In saucepan, warm the oil and honey. Whisk or stir in vanilla. Pour liquid over oats mixture. Stir gently with wooden spoon. Spread granola in a 15x10x1 greased baking panBake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring carefully every 10 minutes. Cool completely then add raisins/cranberries. Seal in airtight container. Store at room temperature for one week or in freezer for up to three months.
