4 3/4 - 5 3/4 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1 t salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 C milk
1/4 C water
1 stick butter
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/4 C flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Warm milk, water and oleo. Add to yeast mixture and beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and 1/4 C flour. Beat 2 minutes. Add flour to make stiff dough. Knead. Divide in half. Roll into 9" square. Cut into 18 triangles. Repeat. Place on greased sheet.
Freeze. Place in plastic bags.
Allow to thaw and rise double. Fry 350°
