4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. milk

Topping:
4 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. cinn.
1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. soft butter
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix eggs, oil and milk together separately and then add this to dry ingredient. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 -30 min. Add topping.
