8 small potatoes
8 baby carrots
1 small head of cauliflower (broken in pieces)
4 stalks asparagus, cut in pieces
3 Tblsp. margarine
3 Tblsp. flour
2 C. milk
salt and pepper
3/4 C. shredded Velvetta cheese
1 Tblsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables until tender. Arrange vegetables in a 2 qt. greased casserole.
To make sauce, melt margarine over medium heat, stir in flour;stir and add milk gradually to thicken. Add salt, pepper and cheese; cook until melted. Pour sauce over the vegetables; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
