1/4 C UNSALTED PEANUTS

JUST BEFORE SERVING. LINE LG. PLATTER WITH LETTUCE LEAVES. GENTLY TOSS BEATS WITH FRUIT MIXTURE WITH SLOTTED SPOON. PLACE SALAD OVER LEAVES. SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS & SERVE IMMEDIATELY AS BEETS "BLEED" COLOR ONTO FRUIT
