1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 small onion (or dehydrated)
1/2 C. rice
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball mixture together to blend. Form into balls and place in a 13x9" greased pan. Mix sauce in another bowl; stirring to blend well. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake at 375º for 1 hour.
