2 boxes uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice original
Medium block Velveeta cheese
4 T diced onion
16 oz button mushroom (I use canned, drained)
16 oz 1/2 and 1/2
Sherry( not cooking sherry) 5-6 T
1 and 1/3 stick butter

Cook rice as directed. Add the rest of ingredients, mix well. Bake @350 for 45 minutes.
