2 pkgs yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
8-9 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve in a small dish the yeast, water and 1 tsp. sugar. In a large mixing bowl combine milk, 1/4 c. sugar oil and salt. Add 4 cups flour. Mix well. Add the yeast mixture. Add enough flour (3-4 cups) gradually to make dough stiff enough to knead. Knead for 20 minutes. Let rise until doubled. Punch down. Divide into 3 loaves. Let rise or freeze in plastic wrap for latter use. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
