3 C. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. milk
1/3 C. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
Topping:
1 C. flaked sweetened coconut
1 C. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 C. flour
1/3 C. margarine, melted
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the casserole together. Spoon into a lightly greased square baking dish. In a bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
