2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pint sour cream
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
dash pepper
2 C. Velvetta Cheese cubed
1/2 C. chopped onions
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on high 1 1/2 hours, then medium temperature 2 1/2 hours.

You can change this recipe to Cheese potatoes by using a can of cream of potato soup and mushroom soup in place of the chicken soup; also add 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese in place of the Velvetta cheese.
