3 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
4 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
Italian seasoning
20 oz. mozzarella cheese
29 oz. pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 4-5 minutes. Place flour in mixing bowl and make well in the center. Pour in dissolved yeast, oil, salt and sugar. Gradually work in flour using dough hook on low speed. Place on floured surface or dough board. Roll into a rectangle 16 x 24 inches long or make two to fit cookie sheet. Layer 1/2 the cheese, the Italian seasoning, and pepperoni along the center of the dough. Leave 6 inch border across the top and bottom of dough for folding over. Fold top dough over center. Repeat layering of cheese, Italian seasoning and pepperoni. FOld bottom dough over top. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes or until light brown.
