6 egg whites
1/4 t salt - kosher
2 C sugar
2 T corn starch
1 T vinegar - white wine vinegar
1 t vanilla

Directions:

Turn oven on to 400º

Beat egg whites & salt till frothy. Cont. to beat adding sugar gradually until very stiff. Cont. to beat add corn starch, beat add vinegar, beat add vanilla, beat. Cover round tin with foil. Spread egg mixture evenly. Turn oven down to 200º, place in oven and bake for 1 hr. Turn oven off, allow to cool with egg still in oven.

Turn over onto serving dish, peel foil off. Fill with whipped cream and fresh fruit. Refrigerate.
