1/1/4 c. graham wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

2 (8 oz) pkgs of cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter, and press firmly into a 9 in. springform pan.

Whip the cream until soft peaks, and set aside.

Cream cheese, slowly add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in salt and lemon juice. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread into pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. This freezes well.

Serve with your favourite sauce.
