250 g pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
115 g. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated (4 oz)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mango chutney
1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
3 granny smith apples
water biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and curry. Beat by hand until smooth. Shape into a 5 1/2 in. diameter wheel, about 1 in. thick. Chill until firm, about 45 minutes.

To serve - Place cheese on a serving dish and spread chutney on top ( I cut up the large pieces of mango). Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Cut apples into thin wedges. Around apples and biscuits around cheese.

The cheese wheel can be made up to two days in advance.
