2 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Hot Banana Peppers (coarsely chopped)
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1-1/2 Cups Self-Rising Corn Meal
1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour

Directions:

Beat 2 eggs and set aside.

Mix together cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, vegetable oil, peppers and corn.

Sift together corn meal and flour.

Combine ingredients and add eggs. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Bakes nicely in cast iron skillet.
