1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 heaping T. cocoa
2 level tsp. soda
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and sugar. Sift flour, cocoa, and soda together. Add dry ingredients to mayonnaise and sugar. Gradually add water and vanilla. Bake in greased pan 30 minutes at 350º.

Frosting: 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 T. cocoa, and 1 tsp, vanilla. Stir in enough milk or coffee so frosting is easy to spread.
