1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 onions, chopped
1/2 c. sherry
juice of 2 lemons
6 tsp. minced garlic
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. cooked broad noodles
1/2 c. feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook to brown both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side; set aside. Combine tomatoes with juice, onions, sherry, lemon juice, garlic, cinnamon, bay leaf and pepper in crock pot. Add chicken. Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks and bay leaf. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked noodles. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
