3/4 Cup (8 oz.) Sour Cream
8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Onion Flakes
2-1/2 oz. Jar Dried Beef (finely chopped)
Directions:

Mix together and put into a 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve with Fritos Scoops.
