1 Can Yellow Corn
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Blackeyed Peas
1 Jar Pimento
1/2 Jar Pickled Jalapeņo
1 Cup Celery (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
Tortilla Chips
1 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 7 ingredients in glass mixing bowl after draining corn & pimento, rinsing beans & peas, dicing jalapeņo, celery & onion.

Heat vinegar, sugar & oil just to dissolve sugar. Let cool.

Pour over ingredients in mixing bowl and let set 24 hours in refrigerator.

Pour liquid off before serving.

Use tortilla chips for dipping.
