2 T.vegetable oil
1 lb.boneless beef sirloin steak / cut into 1/2 in. strips
1 onion
1 bell pepper (I use the red ) chopped
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. McCormick fajita seasoning mix

flour tortillas ( 6 inch )

toppings :
salsa
sour cream
guacamole (avocado)
shredded cheese
chopped tomatoes

Heat oil in skillet on med. high. Add meat ,cook and stir .
Add onion and bell pepper. Stir in seasoning and water mix. Cook until meat is cooked through.
Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings.
