4 ½ Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Cooking Oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 eggs

Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, cream sugars and butter together, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Add Flour mixture to the butter mixture. Roll spoon full of dough into ball, dip in sugar and the flatten with a 7 inch glass dipped in sugar. Repeat for each cookie. Bake at 375 for about 10 to 12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
